AMI DODUCO has complete in-house capabilities to design and produce high quality tools required for precision stamping and plastic molding. Tool planning and production are done by our staff of experienced European toolmakers using the most modern CAD/CAM and EDM equipment.

Tools are available in module systems and with integrated monitoring equipment. They are made from steel or are equipped with cemented-carbide hard metal, depending on the requirements and the quantities of stamped and plastic molded parts to be produced. Functions such as multiple thread forming and multiple riveting of contact material as well as the assembling of stamped parts in strips are carried out with the aid of multi-impression progressive tooling.

We use modern stamping and molding machines to conti-
nuously produce parts within very tight tolerances. Auto-
matic high performance stamping machines have been developed for strips in thicknesses of 0.05 mm to 3.0 mm and widths of up to 160 mm. Their maximum rate is approximately 1,800 strokes per minute.

AMI DODUCO uses different molding machines for the production of plastic parts, strip molded parts and inlay molded parts. These molding processes are integrated into stamping and bending operations with the required presses.
