We are obliged to ensure compliance to the REACH directive. This requires pro-active information of our customer basis on products with the following substances in case that their concentration is higher than 0,1%(w/w):

We expect that your products are 100% free from these substances.

In case that you cannot fulfil this requirement we expect from you to pro-actively contact our purchasing department (Mr Bangert (Email: mbangert@amidoduco.com)) in order to take counter-measures to ensure continuous supplies.

In general we proceed from the assumption that all materials we do receive from you are in compliance the Reach directive
