PFORZHEIM, Germany – Eaton Automotive, Europe, a unit of Eaton Corporation (NYSE: ETN) has awarded AMI DODUCO a contract to develop and produce a package of six electrical contact component subassemblies. Consisting of plastic-encased stamped electrical contact parts, the components will be used in a multi-purpose switch assembly in a soon-to-be-introduced European automobile.

Component subassemblies incorporate electrical contacts, precision stamped parts, molded plastic housings and other components and are used in a variety of sensors and control devices in vehicles, appliances and other equipment.
